Jiangsu Puri Machinery Co., Ltd., formerly Zhangjiagang Puri Plastics Machinery Co., Ltd., is a nationally recognized high-tech private enterprise dedicated to the R&D, manufacturing, and domestic and international export of complete sets of equipment for recycling waste plastics.
The brand was first established in Zhangjiagang in 2006. In 2021, the production base was relocated to Rugao City, Nantong, Jiangsu Province, accompanied by a brand upgrade and rebranding. The company now operates a self-built facility covering 18,600 square meters, featuring a machining workshop, an assembly area, a closed-loop environmentally friendly painting booth, a material‑based trial‑run and testing zone, as well as storage areas for raw materials and finished products. This enables fully integrated, closed‑loop production across the entire process—from component machining and complete machine assembly to factory commissioning and eco‑friendly coating.
With a registered capital of RMB 20 million, the company specializes in ML‑series soft‑material pelletizing machines, single‑ and twin‑screw extrusion pelletizing systems, PET bottle‑flake pelletizers, fully automated plastic film and woven bag washing lines, shredders, crushers, and a full range of auxiliary equipment. Its machinery is suitable for processing various types of waste plastics, including PE, PP, BOPP, BOPET, CPP, OPP films, woven bags, ton bags, fibers, nonwoven fabrics, PET fabrics, spun yarns, mineral water bottles, PC/ABS engineering plastics, PLA biodegradable waste, and more, enabling resource‑efficient recycling and regeneration.

1. Production and Manufacturing Capabilities
The facility houses five complete‑machine assembly lines and is equipped with a total of 30 sets of machining and testing equipment, including laser cutting machines, CNC lathes, and milling machines. An independent, enclosed, environmentally friendly paint booth, fitted with an exhaust gas purification system, ensures that the entire exterior coating process meets stringent environmental emission standards, enabling rigorous quality control over both appearance and workmanship from the source.

2. R&D and Intellectual Property Strength
We have established a dedicated R&D team of 15 professionals specializing in mechanical design and electrical automation, with annual R&D investment accounting for 10% of our yearly revenue. We continuously iterate and upgrade our product lineup, including material granulators, plastic washing lines, and automatic slag‑removal filtration systems, while also conducting targeted optimizations and enhancements for equipment used in recycling thin films, woven bags, bottle flakes, and biodegradable plastics. To date, we hold 23 utility model patents related to plastic processing machinery and possess proprietary core technologies such as dense feeding of soft materials, high‑pressure friction cleaning, and fully automated hydraulic slag removal.

3. Production Capacity, Workforce, and Customer Base
Our workforce comprises 105 employees, with over 80 technical specialists. With annual sales reaching RMB 100 million, we are capable of delivering up to 300 complete plastic recycling production lines per year. Our flagship ML soft‑material granulator can process up to 43 tons of waste plastic daily.
To date, we have served more than 1,200 domestic and international clients, successfully implementing over 450 overseas factory‑construction projects. We boast extensive experience in customizing production line solutions, container loading, coordinating sea‑shipping schedules, and managing cross‑border project deliveries.

4. Import and Export Qualifications
We hold all necessary export‑related certifications, including registration as an operator of foreign trade, registration as a consignor/consignee of import/export goods with customs, and foreign exchange registration. Our dedicated seven‑member international trade team independently manages the full end‑to‑end process—from overseas client negotiations and production line planning, to order fulfillment, customs clearance, and cross‑border technical coordination.
