1. Customer Background

CASLA JSC is a well-known plastic products manufacturer in southern Vietnam, specializing in PP woven bags, plastic pallet boxes, and agricultural packaging. Its downstream customers span the construction materials, agriculture, and logistics sectors. In recent years, as Vietnam’s manufacturing sector has expanded, the company has continuously increased its production capacity.

 2. Core Pain Points

1. Following the factory’s expansion, both PP woven bag edge trimmings and hard plastic pallet box waste have surged simultaneously. The two existing outdated production lines are under-capacity, and waste processing cannot keep up with the production pace.

2. The old production lines have low automation levels, requiring 4–5 workers per line. With local labor costs in Vietnam rising annually, the labor burden has become increasingly heavy.

3. Equipment energy consumption is high, resulting in persistently high electricity costs per ton of granules produced, which squeezes profit margins.

3. Our Solution

We configured an **ML180SJ200 PP woven bag plastic pelletizing production line + SJ180SJ200 hard plastic recycling pelletizing production line**:

  • A配套 automated belt conveyor feeding system enables fully automated transfer throughout the entire process—from crushing to washing to pelletizing.

  • The woven bag line is equipped with thickened, wear-resistant screws and alloy cutting tools, suitable for handling woven bag raw materials with high ink content and significant impurities.

  • The hard plastic line features a heavy-duty crushing unit, capable of directly processing whole pallet boxes and plastic crate waste.

  • The entire line employs centralized PLC electrical control, allowing one operator to monitor the operation of both production lines.

4. Quantified Business Outcomes

1. The PP woven bag line operates 24 hours a day, producing 80 tons of PP granules daily, while the hard plastic pelletizing line achieves a capacity of 750 kg/h, increasing overall waste processing capability by 120%.

2. All production edge trimmings are fully recycled within the plant, eliminating the need to sell waste externally.

3. The number of operators per production line has been reduced from 4 to 2, cutting labor costs by 60%.

4. With the energy-efficient heating system, energy consumption per ton of granules has decreased by 18%, saving over $120,000 in annual electricity costs.

5. Each year, this solution saves the company approximately $850,000 in imported virgin PP raw material costs.

5. Project Value

By aligning with the rapid expansion pace of Vietnam’s manufacturing sector, our highly automated, low-energy-consumption recycling solution helps clients control production costs during capacity expansion, while also meeting Vietnam’s local regulatory requirements for solid waste recycling among manufacturing enterprises.
