  • Equipped with a compaction chamber and a pre-compression forced-feed system, it compacts loose nonwoven material before feeding, effectively resolving bridging issues.

  • Utilizes a low-temperature extrusion process to prevent high-temperature degradation of nonwoven fibers and additives, ensuring the performance of the recycled material.

  • The entire machine is compatible with the German 400V/50Hz industrial standard and comes with a full set of safety protection devices.
